In 1910 Antoni Serra i Pàmies, owner of an important pharmaceutical industry, bought this land to build this original project signed by the architect Joan Rubió, a disciple of Antoni Gaudí. The building was conceived as a complex. A part was allocated to a pharmaceutical laboratory and the rest to residential space. The chalet of the Serra family preserves the lookout tower covered by a pyramidal table. Inside, the dining room ceiling with paintings by Tomàs Bergadà stands out
